8.) How Are You Different From An Agent?
Agents do not buy your house. Agents post your house on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in hopes that an interested buyer will see it. Agents charge fees and commissions (typically 3-6% on the transaction). When you list your house in Kentucky with a real estate agent you’ll pay closing costs, title fees, and have to deal with numerous open houses and walk-throughs.
